We very intentionally chose to create a space for youth who trace their roots to the South Asian subcontinent - Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, India, Maldives, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka - regardless of their faith background, including children whose families identify as Indo-Caribbean or Indo-African. Our goal is to create an inclusive space that transcends the boundaries between the often divided countries and faiths in South Asia.

A lot of families have expressed that they don’t think their children are ready for overnight camp. As desi parents ourselves, we understand this sentiment. If you would like to join your child for the first 1 - 2 days of camp to ease the transition, let us know - we will work with you to find a way.
The last day of camp is also a family dinner, where campers will have the opportunity to showcase what they learned to their families over dinner!

You will receive a camper packing list for the overnight camps upon registration. Our overnight camp site does not provide sheets / blankets / towels / soap / toiletries, so campers will be expected to bring their own.
